Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

It won’t show all the items I have purchased or glitches to making more than one order of an item I was buying

Blocking account

My account is blocked and I can’t make a purchase. To reset the account I have to call. But I am not from US so I don’t have opportunity to make phone calls. How can I release my account without calling to the US?

Selling an item

Hi I have sold 2 items but the customers are having problem paying with PayPal and when I use PayPal outside eBay it is ok and it has stop me from listing items thanks Pete

I have sold some stuff on eBay and the people that bought it says they have paid but it’s been a week and still no payment has been processed to show they have paid

I cannot pay
