Make an offer option not working in app.

Hello, I am unable to use the “make an offer” option on item listings? The box pops up, I enter my offer, review and then press the button to submit it to sellers, but nothing happens, the offer doesn’t send? Thanks, -R.

I was just charged $4.17 for something from eBay. It says eBay inc shipping. A seller just bought something but I didn’t make a label! Idk why it happened

I can’t update anything because when I try it takes me to the App Store and when I go to update a pop up comes on and says my account is in iTunes and App Store and it won’t let me update anything. Please someone help, I can’t even get into my bank.
