Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

I just printed a shipping label, but it used an old, obsolete address that is no longer shown in my account settings as an active address. How do I make it print my current shipping address?

"Paid-Ship now" notification stuck on cancelled item

Mobile app shows shows an item that was cancelled as "paid - to ship" i have signed in/out, uninstalled/installed, changed settings, etc., and still there. It is fine on the desktop.Anyone know how to get rid of that notice? Thsnk you

Unable to Verify Identity and No Option to Upload Photo ID

I have been stuck trying to verify my identity for about a month now ever since I switched over to the new payment platform through eBay. I do not have the option to upload photo identification as I have entered and re-entered my personal information...

Why doesn’t eBay help those who have perfect seller ratings as opposed to POS buyers who don’t pay!?

Buyers paying but it says pending on my end WHY?

Buyers are trying to purchase my stuff but I have been told multiple times that it says pending and on my end it says buyer hasn’t paid yet. Is my PayPal not linked to this account correctly?
