I moved & ebay shows my old location.This is a big problem with sellers refusing to ship yo me. They think I am close enough to pick it ip but I am not. Please, how do I change my location?

Barcode scanner issues

Alright gang... iPhone user here. My ebay app barcode scanner works fine when I'm looking up listings for a product but not when I'm trying to list an item. Any ideas?

Latest eBay app 6.9.6

Just updated - bad move. Now listings don't appear to display if best offer as well as starting/current bid price. Worryingly unusable. Can I get some advice please, even how to get previous version from Playstore?
