Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Can’t “Manage Shipping Labels” on app

There is no option, as a seller, to find or utilize the Manage Shipping Labels option. It’s ridiculous that we can’t do this.
