Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

50 dollars had been taken from me by eBay and I am confused as to why I had not bought anything so why was my money all the money that I had taken from me?

App Glitch - “Purchase History” won’t load

When using the eBay app, the Purchase History page will not load then say “no internet connection” but every other page loads fine. What’s the deal? Has been happening to me for months now
