Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Hi my phone keeps saying that I need an update but I’ve tried that several times and it still says version update… so at present I don’t have eBay

My eBay on iPad mini version 15.3 stopped working says you need version 17 other than buy new iPad is there anyway I can access my account of over 22yrs regards

Hi the App Store is saying I need iOS update so I can get on eBay how do I do it

I have been an eBay customer for a very long time and now I’m told that I have to update my account to iOS.17 but every time I try it will not let me it’s so frustrating I am 75years old please help thanks

I see a lot of posts regarding eBay’s last update, I’m glad I’m not the only one who is perfectly happy with their old device,mine is an iPad Pro. It is too old to be updated to the latest version iOS so now I’m left having to go through google every...

I use a Samsung Galaxy A tablet 2016,I have tried several times to update the app but it wont do it, please advise as I would use this in preference to the desktop.
