I ordered a phone and didn’t received it, however they say it was delivered, when I contacted the seller asking for a refund, it was not successful. There is no number to call or email to get in contact with eBay.

There is problem or a bug, which don’t allow to conplete paypal payment It says fix issues with paypal account or sekect another payment option I am able to use paypal on other apps.... Specifically ebay blocking this

I don’t have a home page wear I can navigate to do different sections of eBay I can’t go to leave or see feedback. I can’t delete pass sales. My home page is just new deals online
