Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Counterfeit?

I recently had multiple listing removed because I was told they were counterfeit? Items I was selling were 100% original. Have not ran into this issue with the previous 50+ sells. Just confused?

Return address

I changed my address on EBay but when I have a return the return shipping label that I purchase has my old address on it and won’t let me change it. This really slows down the return process and getting a refund out to my buyers.

Rip off artist

Sold a graded card to guy in texas. He opened a case said he never received card. Ebay refunds him then card gets delivered. Now I have no card and no money 5th time this has happened. Ebay hasn’t ruled in my favor in over a year. Wow
