Resolved! Update to app

Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

So I sold a sneaker and as I was about to print the shipping label the app crashed and now it claims the item has been shipped but I don’t even have the shipping label yet. What can I do to find the label and print it??
