Hey so I been retrying to return the item but the eBay app won’t let me print the label I screenshot the label so I can print it out a different way but how do I continue it on the app so I can get my refund

5 payments not received from items sold but delivered

After printing a shipping label the app freezes up and need to delete the app and download it again to make it work

Non responsive Pay Now button

I committed to buy a product after a discounted offer to purchase was made but the Pay Now button does not take me to the next screen (assuming that would be the Pay Pal screen) Thanks for any input
