Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

Unwanted items Showing Up In My Shoppin g Cart

For a few days now items have shown up in my shopping cart. Items that I didn't put in it. Also I get notifications of items I have viewed, that I have not viewed. Seems the glitch happens on my iPhone, not on my desktop. What is this all about?
