I'm seeing a "network error" window when trying to click on the item description. Have already uninstalled etc. Issue still not resolved. How can I fix this?

App says paid ship noew but items are already shipped. Quite annoying on mobile app. I uninstalled app, reinstaled app, didnt help. When click on it, it goes nowhere. Says you have no items to ship. Been doing this for a few days now.
