Pictures for listings not showing on the App

there should be a picture between listing and the eBay ID

Listing glitch

When I go to look at an item for sale, the app bypasses the listing and takes me to the “buy now” section. I can’t look at photos or read description. Anybody else out there with this problem?

The option to promote on the item creation section (ios and Android) is not available.

It's just gone on all our phones.If I go to the main selling sextion of the app, it says promote your listings, as if we didnt check it. Then when you lick on it. There is no option to promote anymore. I didn't change any settings and all of the apps...
