Restart Everytime

Any time I leave the app and go back in the app will restart no matter how long I have been out of it. It's restarted when I literally just replied to a text which took 30 seconds and went back in the app and it restarted.

My active listings have not appeared in the eBay app since April 19th. It can find it on the website. But I can't find it on the eBay app. Even if I find it, I can't buy it. It can only follow it. I used different accounts and different devices.

Notification timing

I get notifications when there’s 14 mins left but never when there’s five minutes or 2 minutes. Is there a way to change what time notifications get sent out when watching an item?
