Been using eBay for years and it now won’t update app because it says I need ios16 which I cannot get on my phone.

For the last few weeks when I am adding photos to drafts on the App, the photos do not appear in the order they are selected. They are all shuffled out of order! Please fix! It’s a huge time waste to have to rearrange them on every listing I create.
