eBay app update advanced listings form?

I downloaded the new app and was very excited to see that the advanced listing form was added but maybe I’m missing it? Is this something you need to do on the eBay non mobile site to activate it? Thanks!

Buyers over sellers

eBay blatantly favors buyers over sellers. Aside from all of the ridiculous restrictions and fees, the UI is clearly geared that way as well. Though the desktop seller dashboard leaves much to be desired as well
