App will not load and will not download from App Store

I have an iPhone SE.  Running latest software.

I have been unable to load eBay app for last week or two.  I offloaded the app and reinstalled.  That didn’t fix the issue.  I deleted the app and all data and reinstalled.  I tried signing in with Google and that wouldn’t work.  I had to sign in with email address and password.  That lasted two days and now the app won’t load again

Getting tired with this as I’ve done this process about 5 times.. app will work for a week and then the same problem happens again!

It’s now 19.1.2020 and this issue is still a problem. I can’t access the app, so I deleted it. I went to App Store and cannot even download it. Why can’t we get a straight answer out of anyone.

For company where feedback is such an important aspect, you would think more would be done to fix this issue? Maybe people are working round the clock to get it sorted, but this needs to be communicated, another important aspect of the eBay model. To be honest I have been giving up and turning to Facebook marketplace fir most things now. But would love to get back into eBay.

I have the same problem. App was crashing, tried a restart, deleted the app, now will not reinstall.

Thanks for pointing out that incorrect link. It looks like it is case sensitive. www.ebay.com/ios is what the link should be. Which will bring you to this forum.

Wouldn’t open, kept crashing. Deleted the App with the idea I’d reinstall it and now it won’t down load
