How to find comparable pricing

Hi, I tried to ask this earlier but my post seems to have disappeared.   I was trying to list a set of salt and pepper shakers.  They are Dept. 56 but no idea of age.  I have tried using the sold/completed with no luck.  Tried active listings with no luck.  Tried Etsy, Google and Amazon.  Tried Dept. 56 itself and their retired site as well.  Im stumped as I feel that they should have a decent value and don't really want to shoot myself in the foot.  Thanks for any directions offered.
