eBay removed my negative feedback to the seller claiming that the feedback was inappropriate according to their guidelines. After some talk to customer support it turned out that the feedback was in fact appropriate, and they had no idea why it had been removed. They even wanted to reinstate the feedback, but that was something not in their power, what a pity.
"I checked for options but we no longer have an option to reinstate the Feedback."
Can you believe that?! eBay can do whatever and whenever it wants, but when it comes to feedback, they cannot reinstate it, at least to clean up their mess? No, it's more simple than that, they cover up for the seller, business you know, money. No wander he comfortably sits at 100%, daddy eBay keeps cleaning up for him. Many of you may already have the question, why was that negative feedback, maybe it wasn't just against the seller, so they removed it?! When you get a bios locked pc and ask the seller for the password to unlock, and he says he did not set one, claiming there was none, turning you to a liar, negative feedback is the least you could do.

Well hopeful you filed a Not as Described case on eBay and returned the item for a refund. Feedback should be the last thing you worry about on a defective item.

Did you return the item?
Feedback is your last resort.

The important feedback is that Left for Others.
If you make a Best Offer or bid in an Auction, the seller may look at your FBLfO, and decide you are too difficult a customer, cancelling or ignoring your bid, and Blocking you.
EBay does not use FB to assess the accounts of members.
negative feedback is the least you could do.
Yes. The absolute rock bottom most useless least.
The way to fix a problem is the Resolution Centre at the bottom of this page.
In most cases, the seller of a Not As Described item will be forced to refund.
Even if the seller has a No Returns policy, he cannot have a No Refunds policy.
You still have time to open a Not As Described Dispute on Paypal. Their Resolution Centre is at the top of the page under Activity.
You have 180 days from payment for that.
Or as a last resort , you can do a chargeback on the credit card you back your PP account with.

Ordinarily, once feedback has been removed it isn't up to a CSR to reinstate it regardless of what the CSR tells you on the phone. Not being privy to the actual removed feedback it isn't possible to determine how it ran afoul of eBay's feedback rules.

Looked at your first page of your feedback left for others and found that you have left 22 Negatives. Your ability to vet your sellers must be called into question when you leave that many Negatives. Wouldn't be surprised if eBay continues removing your Negatives. For the sake of everyone, figure what you're doing wrong.

What was your neg feedback comment?

I can't leave negative feedback for a buyer, it's not allowed regardless of issue. Hmmmm, imagine that, and you're crying because your complaint about a Seller was removed!?

It is EXTREMELY hard to get a neg removed on here. If the removed it there was a really good reason for it.

Ah yes, and there is more to the story.

It looks like you left 22 neg feedbacks so counting this one you have had 23 different sellers that you could not work it out with?
I ask all my buyers to contact me first if there is a problem and I work it out. I understand that not all sellers are like me. But 23 different sellers wouldn't work it out? Yeah, it sound more like you are the problem. Most sellers will go over and beyond to protect their rating. If your knee jerk reaction is to leave neg FB. Me as a seller would not work with you after that.
I'm just wondering if you contacted all 23 sellers first, told them the problem and all 23 wouldn't help you.

Often customer tells buyers there wasn't a reason for it to be removed and often when we are given details on the situation here we find why it was eligible to be removed. It could be as simple as the amount of bad feedback you leave but let's start with some of the basics first.
Did you mention leaving less than negative feedback in your communication with the seller?
Did you mention an eBay case in tbe feedback comment?
Did you open a not as described case?
