Has anyone been able to redeem reward points with the eBay Mastercard? I have 150k in redeemable points but there’s no option for redemption. Customer service with eBay and the credit card company is non existent.

Though I have read similar complaints about this topic since the "points" program was started, I don't recall if any of them were ever solved. I did look it up on eBay's policy pages for you today and all I found that mentioned the topic at all was:
You’ll receive rewards each time you use your eBay Mastercard card to pay for items on eBay, as well as groceries, gas, and more. For every 1,500 points you earn, you’ll be able to redeem $10 at checkout.

I also found an old page via Google that looks more promising:

That card and those points are amongst the most worthless in the industry.

Care to explain?

I've had that card for years. I've never had a problems
redeeming the points.
I use it strictly for ebay purchases or business expenses.

My issue is redeeming them, when I log into the account I can see the points but there’s no option for redemption and they don’t automatically load to my eBay account.
whats the process?

Sure I can explain, it’s a “low-tier” credit card with a low bar of entry(plebeian credit scores required) that has no benefits, terrible redemption value. Absolutely belongs in the pile of junk credit cards.

I can't imagine that anyone who could qualify for any other cashback card would bother with the eBay card. If it's true that "For every 1,500 points you earn, you’ll be able to redeem $10 at checkout" that's less than a 1% cashback rate. Nowadays there are dozens of card options that offer 1.5%, with higher levels when you use them for purchases on the branded site.

Worse than that, it Synchrony bank. This is the absolute bottom.
I had the PayPal version years ago, used it only because of the 15 month 0% interest promotion. I remember I used 1200 points on an item I never received. Could not get my points back, ended up settling for $12(1/10th of a point for most other cards). Absolutely dreadful bank.

Synchrony?! Oh heavens.... they are AWEFUL!!! They are responsible for the "SAM'S CLUB" credit cards... and man they are horrible.... I was told I could use it for my Sams club renewal, and that's all I used it for, so that I didn't lose my SAM'S Membership (and I would pay it off immediately, or over the next month or two)... and since I didn't use it that often... They lowered my credit down to $100.00. The problem is my SAMS CLUB was $110.00 - so every year, it bounced the account and dinged my credit rating which took like 3 months to rebound from. The second year of this, I called them and asked to get my credit amount raised just a little so it doesn't happen again... and they said they couldn't authrize it to get raised even $20.00 to keep it from bouncing on the Sams club membership renewal... because I didn't use my card often enough! SO I cancelled the stupid thing. SCREW THEM!

As I said. I use my ebay card on ebay. When I go to check out, If I am using my
ebay MC to pay, The rewards (If any) are right there and available if I want to use them.

The Ebay card rewards are available on BUY IT NOW items, but there is no option to pay on BEST OFFERS . The payment is automatically charged to the card when seller accepts your offer, and available reward points are not offered as a way of payment
