it arrived repackaged with the missing 2 pillow cases /

they put it in big clear plastic bag inside ups bag. I'm willing to say with it if the seller will sent me the pillow case if not I like a refund please. Thank you

It's not very likely that your seller will see your message here.

What you need to do  is contact the seller and tell him what's missing.

If you do not get a response within a few days, then you will need to open an item not as described case.

read the eBay MBG and Go to the purchase and do a "not as described" case.

Let the seller know that 2 pillow cases are missing.

The choice will be for the seller to refund you OR send you a shipping label so you can return the item.

I would not go with the "send me the missing items" because its a long shot you would ever get them.

Just get refunded and buy another complete set.

The open package could have happened in transit or in the customs too. The best course of action would be to reach out to the seller directly from eBay messaging system. You can do so by going to the purchase history, locate the item you have an issue, clicking on the More Action tab, then click on Contact Seller option to send seller a message. Hope that helps.
