Open case

I opened a case for an item not as described. eBay said I would receive a refund once the item was returned. I returned the item. Tracking said the delivery was attempted but the addresses was not home and they would attempt another delivery that day...

Problems with leaving feedback

Anyone having problems with leaving feedback? When I hit the button to submit the circle that pops up just keeps rotating. I've let it run for as long as 5 minutes. When I back out of the operation it shows the feedback was left.
