Synchrony Mastercard sent email from a no-reply address offering 5x rewards points, but the activate button is a dead link. Error page reads "You have reached this page in error or the system is not functioning at this time.Please try again later."
This was a few days ago. Maybe whoever formatted their crap email can assist. The Indian call center lady was sweet but she's not paid to fix these things. Thanks, "Cathy", I must consume more stuff.

The email didn't come from eBay, which is why eBay CS can't help. It came from Synchrony Bank, who is the issuer of eBay's branded credit card. You need to call the customer service number on the back of your card.
