As a buyer, it would be really nice if ebay kept track of how much I have currently "offered" to various sellers via the "best offer" function.
Like how the shopping cart works, but for best offers.

What do you mean by "tracker"...because you can see failed offers (didn't win) or successful ones (in your purchase history) or current offers https://www.ebay.com/mye/myebay/v2/bidsoffers?
