Do not buy from this seller,. I purchased a Jellycat Amusable Peanut for my granddaughter and received a fake instead from China! I also bought an Uzzle puzzle game and have been waiting on that for days now. I don’t expect it to be the right game either. Unfortunately, I bought both at the same time and wasn’t aware that the seller wasn’t reputable. I’m posting this for other buyers, so they can avoid the disappointment that we’ve experienced. Ebay, please take this seller off your site!!

Posting on the community boards to name and shame a specific member is against ebay policy.
Leave feedback for the seller/item is the correct option.

Ebay doesn't remove sellers because people post on the Community forums. They remove sellers if they have an excessive number of Money Back Guarantee cases opened against them. If you received the items less than 30 days ago you should open a return case, stating the item is different from what you ordered. You'll then get a return label, and once the seller has the return a full refund. You can read about eBay's Money Back Guarantee here:

Sorry to hear that your eBay buying experience was disappointing. Fortunately, eBay offers help through the eBay Money Back Guarantee. Have you read it? You have 30 days to open an item not as described case with eBay.

You have done very little buying on ebay since joining but by now you should have read the terms and time frames of ebay's Money Back Guarantee (MBG) open the link below to read the policy and its time frames. I suggest saving or bookmarking it for possible future use.
I'm just guessing but it seems like your issues may have happened when you bought from the last seller you received feedback from. If you go to your feedback profile page and click on the sellers feedback number the one in ( ) to the right of their username, on their profile page click on the numbers in the box, of neutral and negative feedback they have received, to read only those comments. You may also want to do the same thing for the very high feedback number seller you bought from in the last 6 months.
Both have feedback percentages well below the acceptable percentage most experienced ebay buyers use to avoid issues 98.6%. Both also have feedback saying items were sent from China, and they are actually china based sellers despite their country of registry, who you should avoid buying from whenever possible.

Please read the MBG -
The last seller to leave you FB, I would never have bought from.
1) They are listed as in China.
2) They have awful FB and the FB percent is below 98%
You can save yourself time and money by avoiding buying from either item 1 or 2 above.
eBay will remove this seller when enough buyers use the MBG or post negative FB.

If it's been less than 30 days from delivery, click return this item and select not as described. If it's over that and you paid by credit card, contact your card company.

Is this the same seller that has 76.9% feedback score? Yikes.
