After I did not get the item by the date specified in the ad, I opened a case and said that I would still accept it ONLY with a partial refund due to the late shipping. The seller responded and said the item would be shipped in 3-5 business days. I responded and said do not ship the item unless a partial refund will be given for the inconvenience. I also said that if they do ship the item anyway with no partial refund, I will return the item for a full and they will pay for the return shipping. 3 days went by. Heard nothing from seller. Then seller writes saying they're not giving me a refund and the item will be shipped tomorrow and they have a no return policy.

ALL buyers feedback is positive????? BAHAHHAHAHAAA WOW! Oh I am VERY excited about my positive feedback dear :)))))))). I do my part, they should do theirs. Excuse me for doing what I'm supposed to do as a buyer and expecting the same in return LOLOL. My My My there are some sour-face sellers in this thread LOLOLOL. For what it's worth, eBay gave me a full refund even though the seller already shipped me the item against my request. Not sure why they did that.... But I'm going to do the right thing and send it back 😉 SOOOO EXCITED :)))))))))))

Yes I did that. Thank you. It's strange though because eBay refunded all my money even though I have the item. It wasn't cheap either. It was about $200. I don't file claims often so I'm not sure if their policy changed but a lot can go wrong with refunding buyers before the seller has received the returned item. I hope they fix that. Maybe that's the reason why there are so many sour sellers on this thread. YIKES! LOL

Yes I am very clueless when it comes to sellers who don't hold up their end. It doesn't happen often enough. I am sorry that has made you so upset! I hope I didn't ruin your day. Nice Christian song lyrics that you have there.....it fits you well! LOOOOOLLLLLLLLL :))))))))

Since 2008 sellers have been prohibited from leaving any non-positive feedback for buyers. Thus a buyer's feedback rating has become meaningless. However, anyone can check a buyer's feedback left for others as well as their bid retraction record.

By the way, since feedback is voluntary many sellers have simply decided to not leave it for buyers since they are prohibited from leaving anything but positive.

Yes, you are right. Even though I don't sell a lot on this venue, he sure made my BBL. There is a good reason why on the rare occasion that I do sell something here, I ALWAYS look at feedback left by a buyer.

I am so sick and tired of buyers taking advantage of sellers. Just last month I had a $50 new shirt returned for not fitting...which is fine except they ripped the button holes. I contacted ebay regarding this (in her return she stated it was so small she had trouble buttoning it which to me is proof that she ripped it. And also who would return an item for not fitting and pay return shipping if the item was damaged unless they actually damaged the item themselves. EBay did absolutely nothing for me and I had to refund all her money. The shirt cannot be fixed so I couldn't relist it and it was only listed for one day when I sold it and I gave her a really good deal on it . Just two days ago I got a refund request on an item that had been delivered 3 weeks prior on $21 shoes which by the way are worth a hundred bucks. She said that shoes didn't work because of imperfections it was a loose f****** thread. You can trim it right off! The picture is absolutely ridiculous and I can see just from look of them that they've been worn. So basically if she does stick them in the mail I will be out like $25 shipping on a $21 item. I even offered to give her all her money back except for the shipping and she's just ignoring everything. Honestly I think she wore them for a couple weeks and realized they didn't fit right and it's just trying to get her money back and screw me over. EBay needs to step up and do more for their sellers. Its not like it was 20 years ago. There are so many other places we could be selling our items where we don't even have to pay to list them. Places that have respect for their sellers and you actually listen to them. I've been selling for 5 years and have never had an issue like this. You would think they would believe me where it's not something I do often. Has any eBay sellers out there had any customers that demanded a refund while the item was in transit saying sorry it didn't make it on time? I think that eBay needs to let us honestly leave appropriate feedback for these buyers. There wouldn't be so many problems for us if we could weed these people out but we can't. You block one and another one comes along. And yes by the way the customer that demanded a refund did get one upon delivery because she stated the item was damaged and that the one thing that she wanted out of the box was missing. I contacted the post office and they said the item was delivered just fine. EBay still gave them a full refund it's sickening.
