I ordered 2 lamps from buyer for aproximately $52 a piece. One arrived broken. I asked for a replacement as i needed 2 lamps. Buyer refunded half the money and wont communicate with me. They are still selling the same lamps, but for almost 3 times the price now. Should i not be entitled to a replacement when the item is still available ? One bedside lamp is useless to me, and im not paying $140 for the lamp that i payed $52 for.
