So currently on Ebay there are listings for 12 packs of Lysol Disinfecting spray going for over $250 plus shipping.
PLEASE...if anyone sees listings like these report them!
Click on "Report Item"
Select:
1. Listing practices
2. Search and browse manipulation
3. Other search and browse manipulation
4. "Continue" to open Comment box. Enter Price Gouging for Coronavirus, COVID-19 supplies.
As a seller on Ebay this kind of behavior disgusts me. It reminds me of people charging $20 for a bag of ice during hurricanes and other natural disasters. No one should be profiting off the suffering of others.
Thanks guys.

We need as many filed complaints as possible with the attorney general's office. Here is California, I suggest also filing with this information in your state. I would expect this will be a high priority to be looked at especially with more people filing reports.
File a complaint in California. Ebay's HQ will have to respond to this

When filing with the state of California, here is the details you need for Ebay

that may still work they are also asking to file it under illegal then other illegal activity now. No need for comments. I would expect that both are probably working but who knows they might have 20,000 complaints. The ones I report and watch many are going through still. Please take the 3 minutes to report ebay via the link above. For your state's inspector general, just search for your state attorney general consumer protection and you will have a form to fill out, takes minutes.

I think the recommended reporting protocol is actually:
1. Prohibited and restricted items
2. Illegal items and items encouraging illegal activity
3. Other illegal activity concerns

Curious- are you trying to get ebay in trouble or do you expect the AG's office to go through those 20000 sellers, then contact ebay to get their names, then contact the appropriate sellers states AG in order to file charges against the sellers?
Just wondering your end-result expectations.

The only thing about reporting it as illegal activity is that it doesn't give you a way to leave a comment about Coronavirus price gouging.

I agree!! I tried to report several of them, but didn't know what to click on from the list of options. Thanks for the info. I will try again! Give me a job throwing them off!!

Well, that's fine. You report it any way you'd like; however, the protocol I posted was from eBay staff:

Awesome! Thank you for that information. I will report them as prohibited/illegal items from now on.
