Doesn't anyone at EBAY care that disinfectant sprays are being price gouged??!! I desperately need some but I will NOT Pay an 800% markup! I won't even pay a 300% markup! This is ridiculous and I tried to report it and it can't be done!!

Yes Ebay cares, they are removing these listings by the thousands..easy enough to report..use the report link at the bottom right of the listing. I reported six and all six were removed within ten minutes.

Instead of complaining, perhaps you should research alternates to toilet paper. Maybe then we could stop this by not buying or needing to buy and help save the environment too.

You can report it under the prohibited selection, Ebay added a price gouging option. I was getting an error message when using Internet Explorer though and had to switch over to Google Chrome so that may be your issue as well.

I agree though it is ridiculous and people think Ebay is doing everything in their power to stop this, I doubt it just think of all the money they are making from this...which is what they care about most at the end of the day! I have taken it upon myself to report as many as I can and for others I created a couple accounts just to run the price up on the auction preventing them from selling their item lol. Maybe we should all ban together to do this and when the sellers cannot sell them between us messing with them and Ebay pulling some of them then they'll find get frustrated enough to stop. Make a new account though, don't use your regular account as you'll be taking a lot of UPI lol.

For Anybody STILL Needing Possible World-Meltdown Supplies.....I work with the much elder population & part-time with a very young infant with health issues,so am being as safe as I can around them.

If you're up for driving.....go rural(&even more rural). Much is still on the shelves(even@WM),but they are limiting you on purchases. N stuff that I tried to find online& couldn't-was@stores. Go early (6/7am)&very few people there as a bonus. Take Care All🕊️

As I see it.....the items should never have been able to be listed. If I try to list certain items now allowed, ebay stops me in my tracks. This could be stopped. Not going to waste my breath with the obvious tools available that could stop this bad behavior.

I tried to list a box of 10 face masks for a 1 day auction, opening bid of .99c. But eBay stopped listing before it started. Is that helping anyone get the masks.

Is that price gouging by me? Sure I can and have donated a box of 10 to hospital. And had planned to sell a box.

Now for those who will cry, that I should not list, just give them away. Because that is what you would do.

I will make a deal with you.

I will sell them for half of going price to you then you and I can work out a way to donate them.

That's not good enough for you? You would only buy at pre Coronavirus price? Well those days are gone. You had that chance 2 months ago. When people choose to believe Trump and do nothing.

Here is another option. I will sell them to you for 1/2 the price that the hospitals normally charge as an item that's billed to a patient.
