You need to ask your neighbors in your apartment complex if they have seen your package. It might have been stolen off your front door while you were at work.

I will ask tomorrow when they are awake but most likely they probably won’t know. Because my apartment is set like this I have someone across from me. Then next to me is the laundry room then someone else same goes for the person who stays across from them it’s three floors it’s looks the same besides that it only one laundry room on the first floor. To be honest the neighbor that lives across from me sometimes get packages ups usps will knock on door and leave a note but if it doesn’t need a signature they will leave the package at they front door when I leave not to work just going out when I come back they stuff still be there sometime if they didn’t get it.

One of the things you have to do as a buyer is provide a safe place where packages can be delivered. If you don't do this, you lose your money back guarantee protection.
I'm sorry this happened to you as it does sound like porch pirates got your items.

Receiving packages when you live in an apartment building can be a problem. Besides checking with your neighbors, have you checked with the office or the Super? If no one has the item, then you are out of luck, because you didn't provide a secure place for leaving packages.
Hopefully this will turn out allright, but to avoid future problems, you may want to contact the 3 main shipping services, and let them know not to deliver if you do not answer your door. If you are around when your Postal Carrier arrives, speak to them and ask them to leave attempted delivery notices. You can go online or fill out the notice to get a package delivered when you can be at home or go to the P.O. and pick it up, if it is convenient. UPS & Fed-Ex also have re-delivery options so you may want to contact them and ask them not to leave packages in a common area. Maybe a neighbor you trust is around during the day, and they will accept packages for you. If so you can arrange with shippers to allow them to sign for items if need be.
You may want to check with neighbors to see if package theft is an issue. If it is the P.O. can be notified, and they may require the landlord to provide a secure place for package delivery or allow the office workers to accept packages.
If you live in a complex, maybe check the buildings on either side of you. Your package may be sitting outside Apt. C in the next building.

USPS was not the delivery service for this gentleman, it was Fedex.

I meant open a case with USPS if insurance was available for this item. Definitely not opening an INR case, since it's daft to do so when tracking shows delivered.
Doesn't matter in this case though since someone mentioned that the buyer had their item delivered Fedex.
It would not matter if it was USPS/FEDEX/UPS - if the tracking shows "Delivered" it is basically a done deal 😞 Insurance would not pay on the claim if tracking shows "Delivered."

SCOOBY..
Your delivery stiuation sounds quite INSECURE I suppose it is possible you may have to set up a Post Office Box in your local PO. Which I imagine would be pretty inconvenient for you. But I do not know whether you have any other choice.

Yes I check with the office they would usually call me if I had a package there. But why me the neighbor across has package delivered to their apartment it been sitting there for hours more then two nobody still theirs. The stuff I ordered was window shades
Probably the length of time has something to do with it. More than two hrs is less than an 8 hr shift, so yours was out far longer. Possibly the more time it sits out there unattended, the greater risk of loss.
No one knows why. It could just be that someone saw it and decided to grab it.
Hopefully it wasn't marked window shades and someone needed them.

Check with your apartment main office. That is where package usually get signed for. If they do not have then call Fedex with tracking and tell them
