When you're corresponding back-and-forth there was always a picture of the item you were referring to and you could touch it and go to that item and get information on it as you were communicating. Now it seems to be gone and it leaves you in the dark when somebody returns your message you're not sure what they're referring they're referring to why would eBay take this off makes no sense

jasmen@ebay I can't b/c the only 2 messages I have to respond to are getting the 'past 90 day glitch', so they can't be answered from within Ebay, therefore I can't change browsers.
But I see several others have chimed in in this thread & they use a different browser than I do, so it would seem it affects most, probably all, browsers. I use Chrome & it looks like Safari & phone browsers are represented in the thread. I will try again, if someone wants to send me an ASQ & if I can answer it w/o getting the '90 day' glitch.

@mr_lincoln I actually do have hope on this one, b/c they just newly created it. I have no hope on the 'past 90 day' one that I get hit with almost every freaking day!

jasmen@ebay OK, I just got another ASQ, that I was able to answer within Ebay, oddly Jasmen, it was a follow-up to the ASQ I could NOT answer, due to the '90 day' bug an hour ago. Please let the people who are working on that bug know it's clearly not a cache/cookie problem when I couldn't answer the first ASQ, yet I can answer my buyer's reply.
As you requested, I was able to check Edge & FF & the issue occurs with both, as expected. I did not check IE b/c it's pretty obsolete, but I can if you want.
That said & please understand this is not directed at you personally, Ebay doesn't pay me to do the basic testing that they s/b doing. Any of your developers ought to be able to easily check every browser themselves. In fact, not only can they, they SHOULD BE doing so & should be doing it PRIOR to putting into production, where the end user (us) is having to deal with it. There are even extensions that allow you to simulate multiple browsers with the a simple 1 button selection. This is very simple, basic testing that s/b happening prior to an end user ever seeing it! But anyway, you can let them know it doesn't work in Safari, FF, Edge, phone & probably not IE either, since it seems to work nowhere LOL.
