Unusual situation, I purchased an item from a Seller and when item didn't arrive on scheduled delivery date, requested shipping info. Within a couple of days eBay refunded me for the item. Several days after this refund the item, which was delayed in the mail, finally arrived. I know have a situation where I owe the seller for the merchandise that I previously received a refund for. Seller requested I repay him through eBay. I have no issue with paying for the item, but eBay has no option for me to make this payment or if they do I certainly can't find it. Can someone help?

You know what, it’s not your fault. You let the seller know you want to compensate him. Don’t let him put the burden on you to figure it out. Let him do the leg work. Let him know you’ll gladly repay him if he can figure out a way for eBay to send a payment invoice requesting payment. If the seller wants to get paid he’ll figure out something that is convenient for you.

You can't do it through Ebay.
You'll have to go through Pay Pal or another app you use, if any.

@jwh2248 Please follow kathiec and kensgifts advice, and thank you for being honest, you obviously realise this was no fault of the seller at all and good for you doing the right thing, wish more would.
