If you have a problem or just want some information, you can probably get faster, more and better answers to your questions by posting about it on these boards. Many of us have more experience with using ebay than many of the live chat or phone reps.
If you have an issue with a transaction, Things we need to about the transaction we need to know are:
When did yo purchase the item, and what is/was the last estimated delivery date.
Did you receive it or not? Was there tracking showing Delivered but you didn't get it?
Did you receive a different or damaged item? Was your order short?
Did you contact the seller? Did they reply, and if they did what did they say?
Did you file a dispute, and what kind did you file, Item Not As Described (INAD) or Item Not Received (INR)?
What if any action was taken by ebay?

Thank you for your consideración. I gonna explanada my situation; I bought an article, I waited 1 month to arrived, it arrived this Tuesday and is not the same that I saw the advertisment. I already had contact to selle, he replied to me that He gonna replace it with another and I told him that all I want is a refund. However, he insisted ( in a respectfull way) to replace it and said that will ship it in 7 days and in 24 hour will give me the tracking number, but, since tuesday for now has passed 4 days and he didn’t give me yet the tracking number. The issue is that I made a mistake and I closed the case (because im that time I dont had experience using that).
There is any solution that I can do to get a refund?

You've gotten responses on your other thread. But contacting eBay will do no good. Once a case is closed it can't be reopened. You'll need to file a claim with your payment source.
In the future never let a seller string you along with promises of a replacement. Just get your refund.

Thank you for your advice. This will be a lesson for me for the next time. I already send a dispute to my credit agency.
