Before the spring seller update, a buyer could go into their resolution center and any unpaid item strikes would appear there. But now that the resolution center has been completely removed, is there somewhere they could check for strikes instead?
With that seller update, buyers no longer get notifications about unpaid item strikes, but flaky buyers DO still get the strikes after you cancel an order for the reason "Buyer did not pay".
In my case, a seller had accidentally cancelled my order while I was waiting for the combined shipping invoice they told me they would send me. They can not "uncancel" it. The automatic cancellation would have given me a strike. I contacted ebay and their response was confusing but basically "this cancellation will not affect your buying abilities" and will not elaborate further (so I don't know if they actually removed the strike or not). Since it would be my first strike, it shouldn't affect me anyways since you need 2 strikes to be restricted from most sellers' auctions.
Does anyone have any insight to where I could confirm if I have the strike or not?
