I can't see anywhere how to report an item. This coin looks fake, like it is made out of brass, or like it is something you buy on Temu, and the person is asking $650 for it. It certainly does not look like the finish a Native American coin should have on it. However, I could always be wrong. Thoughts?

It hasn't been sold yet. It has been listed since January. The seller doesn't have many sales, but has a lot of high-priced, mostly poor condition coins, and I think they have been mislead to believe they have a high value. They are the kind of coins that you see pictured in the fake online ads that say common household items are worth a fortune.
I doubt this is actually a fake, it's probably just fairly heavily worn. The seller thinks it has errors in the lettering on the edge, but it's so worn, it's virtually impossible to tell.
There's no eBay policy against the seller asking whatever they want for their items.
If they actually make a sale, the payout is certain to be held for 21-30 days, at least.

If you are not sure, i would be cautious. No need to report an item that is correct.
However you can report an item by clicking the report an item link that will bring up a drop down menu to choose what you are reporting. The link can be found above the item number (right hand side) * see picture

You can report the listing through the Report link on the listing, but expect eBay to ignore it. You admit you could be wrong, and eBay certainly doesn't have the personnel to be experts for each of the 1.7 billion listings on the site. What eBay does have is a comprehensive Money Back Guarantee. If someone buys the coin and it does turn out to be fake the buyer can return it for a full refund. And too many of that type of case can get a seller kicked off the site.

"...This coin looks fake, like it is made out of brass..."
I'm not a coin expert.. but if that's all that's wrong
bad (but clear) closeup, bad angle (off center to prevent glare (I imagine) lousy lighting on the pictures....
the light source was probably an incandescent bulb creating some color variation in the finish
anyways....that's what the MBG is for....
oh, is this more realistic?

A buyer can return it if it's a fake. there is a report button on each listing. The problem is since you don't have it in hand, eBay won't remove it. You could be another seller trying to get others removed for all they know.
It's not easy to judge from a photo so, you can't be sure either way.

The Sacagawea dollar has a brass finish, manganese brass to be accurate, so the brass color is not a reason to think this might be fake. The details on the face look a bit odd, but that could be from wear.
This appears to be a 2010, from the design on the reverse, although it's hard to see. Maybe the owner thinks it has a rare mint error or something. There are a lot of fake news stories on the internet giving false values for fairly ordinary coins.

t just looks fake and the details of the coin are not as fine as they should be.

Where is this "report"| button located? I looked and didn't see one.

If it's a scam they already have their money and are gone. So who are you going to return it to?

Scroll down the listing page on the right for the report button. No seller can immediately close their acct and be 'gone',when they've had recent sales. It takes months.

Dont expect Ebay to remove this listing just because you report it, unless you are a certified expert and can submit your credentials.

< This coin looks fake, like it is made out of brass >
I'm not worried about the brass, the outer surface of an authentic Sacagawea dollar actually is made of brass. My concern is that it looks like somebody has abraded the date off the front.

I have a 2010 Native American dollar coin with no date because it is on the rim.
