your package at the PO- if they could get to it - if there was a dog out

What do you mean "non-binding"? Does that mean either party can back
out? If the seller backs out and the other does not cancel the order,
the seller is stuck because his car will be in "payment processing" mode
and he can't even remove his listing, ...
