If you're unhappy with a sellers prices then don't buy from them...🙄

I think it's prohibited during this current crisis. That's what I've read. Price gauging listings are also being removed on Amazon.

Thank you for the petition. I joined it and reported these greedy participants. I donated to them and spent my weekend reporting these sellers. All those listings came down.

While this is someone who got national attention for the hoarding and selling they did, the state is investigating them. All that profit is about to be a fine and then some. Don't think for a minute ebay isn't going to turn over all financials and those registered names/emails and phone once those who are profiting from this are being looked into.
“We will not tolerate price gouging in this time of exceptional need, and we will take aggressive action to stop it,” Tennessee attorney general Herbert Slattery III said in a statement. “During this pandemic, we ask that you report suspicious activity to the Division of Consumer Affairs and refrain from threatening or hostile communication with individuals or businesses you may suspect are price gouging. Our team will review complaints closely and we are prepared to act to protect Tennesseans."
Price gouging limited supplies during a state of emergency is illegal. People can report price gouging to their state attorney general's offices.

These Price Gougers have been going to stores and emptying them out. They are taking these needed essentials away from the people in their own community for the sole purpose of personal profit. If they don't have an avenue for resale then this will stop. They are morally reprehensible and these listings need to be removed. Picture of the toilet paper aisle at our local VONs store

We don't need to buy. We just report these listings. I would love to see eBay ban them from this site because it is illegal. Since I'm retired I spent my lovely weekend binge watching TV and reporting these listings. I was thrilled to see that eBay took them all down.😁

Re: Reporting COVID-19 Price Gouging.
eBay employees have given guidance on how to report these listings (new guidance as of March 16)
All listings have a "Report Item" link.
On a desktop/laptop this link can be found directly above the description on the right
On mobile, the button is "Report this Item", scroll down past "About the seller"
Use the following Menu options:
Prohibited And Restricted Items
Illegal Items and items encouraging illegal activity
Other Illegal activity concerns
##my note## notice that the recommendation for reporting has gone from "search and Browse Manipulation" to "illegal activity" !!

thanks for the suggestion. I've reported listings and see they sold and relisted again. Ebay is not ahead of this problem which is amazing how amazon and walmart got their scammers shut down quickly.
