Feedback Left for wrong person (but there's a twist)

I need help from a mod or someone with authority.

I had a bad experience with a seller and I was waiting for a return to complete before leaving feedback.  I was on the feedback page which I dont use much and was leaving feedback for what I thought was another seller.  I mention the seller by name in my feedback and after I'm done I'm wondering why its not showing up in their list.  Turns out it was left for the other seller.

The chat agent repeats a script over and over.  Its blatantly obvious that I didn't intend to leave it for this seller if I mention another seller by name, but they won't move the feedback.

No, I do not have the option to message the scamming seller.  "Hey scammer, I inadvertently left you positive feedback, but can you contact ebay and tell them its wrong so I can leave you negative feedback?"  yeah, like thats going to fly.

Are any moderators or someone in authority here that can actually help MOVE (not remove) the feedback to the right person?
