I am trying to buy an item. Been back and forth many times with the seller. I am getting an error that he does not ship to my address. So the website will not allow me to buy the item. But he does ship to my address. And he even contacted customer service for me and they said there is no problem. I am the one that needs to figure it out on my end. Well, what do I do guys? I can't figure it out.

Anyone here can click your feedback and see where you are from. Africa. As already told, many don't ship to you. The seller may be 'willing' but they didn't set up international shipping. Do you see an international shipping price? What is the item number (12 digits, down on the right, small)

its not an issue with you. the seller has buyer & shipping requirements set up and it either excludes your specific location by either default due to shipping regulations for his country that neither one of you control right now due to everything going on, or he might not have international shipping set up correctly, if you are not in the us. its also worth checking & making sure your address and all of that important info looks normal in your account settings.

guys go easy on them, it might be scandalous. lol jkjk its an honest mistake and the seller, hes probably just not aware of it or you are restricted somehow globally. you might also be under special c-vid restrictions set by country and state, or by the current crisis in the Ukraine which really restricted shipping and flight freedom in a lot of places. he needs to check his buyer and shipping requirements imho. relax, you have a right to your privacy, we're just trying to help.
