I am trying to buy an item. Been back and forth many times with the seller. I am getting an error that he does not ship to my address. So the website will not allow me to buy the item. But he does ship to my address. And he even contacted customer service for me and they said there is no problem. I am the one that needs to figure it out on my end. Well, what do I do guys? I can't figure it out.

What does that even mean? Can you speak English?

What?

No.

Thank you @sprinkles91 I ship between both nations frequently. And the seller and I both have worked with customer service and on both ends they say there is no issue for sending and receiving. Is the Ukraine thing causing problems with ebay? CS didn't mention anything about it. Oh, and I have actually just purchased several items from the same country, no problems. As early as yesterday I think. Several this past week. Seems a lot of bugs on ebay, and not much of a way to fix it. I have tried clearing cookies, different browser, mobile app. Nothing. This is a birthday present for my eldest son. And the seller is quite frustrated thinking I must be daft.

Here's the likely problem. If the seller has put Africa on his shipping exclusion list then no matter what the seller says, you will automatically be blocked.
For the seller to permit you to bid or buy, he has to go into his settings and put you on an exclusion list from his shipper exclusion list. I know it makes no sense, but that's how it works.

"This is the worst place to troll."
So, stop trolling us or look up what the word means.
What is trolling? A troll is Internet slang for a person who intentionally tries to instigate conflict, hostility, or arguments in an online social community. Platforms targeted by trolls can include the comment sections of YouTube, forums, or chat rooms.

The people on the Community boards are buyers and sellers, not eBay employees. I suggest you use the Help/Contact at the bottom of every page, if the suggestions we have made are not the issue. We can only offer advice based on what is public or you have stated in your post.

I did. And it told me to come here. If you don't work for ebay, who is supposed to help us?
