not thinking about it i bought a video game from china a couple days ago. today i received a message from the seller, " OK.thank you very much.and china have virus.need wait About 10 Day shipping.thank you very much understand My friend!"
i did not think anything about buying this item from a china seller until i read this message about how they could not ship out my order because china was infected. i contacted the seller to cancel my order and received no response.
i contacted customer service and asked them to step in and cancel the order, they told me they could do nothing.
ebay needed to stop china from selling until the virus was under control for the safety of its buyers and country.
now i've got an item coming from an infected country that i can do nothing about.
does anyone else see this as a problem?

I would have petted that cutie, also. Unless he was recently traveling on a cruise ship or an airplane load of infected humans.

Well, unlike CoVid, we know the incubation, prevention, etc. for rabies.

The sellers that say they are in the usa are. The reason the products are coming from china is because they are having them drop shipped

How long can the new coronavirus linger on surfaces, anyway? The short answer is, we don't know. But if this new coronavirus resembles other human coronaviruses, such as its "cousins" that cause SARS and MERS, it can stay on surfaces — such as metal, glass or plastic — for as long as nine days, according to a new study. (In comparison, flu viruses can last on surfaces for only about 48 hours.)

Sanitation. Spray the outside with alcohol wearing gloves. Can’t just not do business with China they need all the financial sells they can get right now. They still have families too. Besides most china items take at least 2 weeks to deliver. don’t think a virus is gonna live that long in a package with out a living host. Lol

Feel like I'm opening myself to indignant replies, but, according to the CDC, this virus is mainly contagious through person to person contact, not package to person. And it has been stated that the virus will not live on a package traveling thousands of miles. Feel free to use that information in whatever way you wish.

1. A virus couldn't live on a package for more than a few days at most.
2. Pick up some Lysol or Disinfectant wipes........they all mention the Corona virus on them.
3. By the way most people have had a form of the corona virus and just thought it was a cold.
