Ebay NEW payment system is HORRIBLE... need real clarification...

Ebay NEW payment system is HORRIBLE... We buy A LOT of items and in our PayPal it ONLY shows "Ebay retail" , deducted amount,  and some random order number and if you open details it will give you some more stupid number and a real LONG invoice number.. DOESN'T TELL YOU WHAT YOU BOUGHT AND WHO DID YOU BUY FROM.

Ebay... these numbers are MEANINGLESS to me as a buyer... You need to add details as where did my funds go to. VERY DIFFICULT TO KEEP TRACK OF YOUR PURCHASES...

Yuzuha, a question for you... if you don't check PayPal, how would you know if just for an example any one charge is double charged or triple charged ?? You wouldn't even know that since you don't go to PayPal...

I do check PayPal to see how much is in my balance.  I know how much is in my balance and how much I've spent, so if there's less in my balance than there should be, I know something is up. What I don't do is look at the details of every transaction in PayPal, because I already have those details in my email.  If I had $90 in my PayPal the other day and I purchased something for $20, I'd know there was something wrong if I looked and suddenly I only had $30 left. THEN I would start digging into the transaction details.

OK, sound like you are a casual few times a year buyer in which case it works for you...

I know what you are talking about and I don't like it either. I buy a lot  and it does not tell you who you purchased from in the Paypal account or my checking account.
