Abusive Buyer Policy for Returning ONE Thing???

Hello! I received a notice from eBay that I have violated some policy for too many returns. I have purchased 13 orders and have returned ONE of those orders because it was damaged. I guess I won't be a user of eBay anymore. I don't understand this policy. If I am not ALLOWED to return anything why would I buy on here when there are other platforms that... gee... let buyers return things?! What a novel idea!

In addition to the one damaged item you say you returned, for how many items did you either ask about returning or open "not as described" cases?

Very unusual for Ebay to do that wth only one return.
