removing my listing and restrictions on my account.

hi, i am really confused. ebay removed my listing and restricted my account for no fault of mine.

i bought the items on ebay last year. when i listed them on ebay this year, i even used the same title, ebay removed them saying counterfeit . i do follow ebay policy , how could the items be counterfeit when i bought them from ebay. i did not make them nor change them. is ebay going to pay me for the items i bought from them and removed by them???????

i am really the victim here, ebay victim.

please, help.

Just because you bought them from a seller on Ebay doesn't mean they weren't counterfeit. You did not buy them from Ebay.

Ebay will not compensate you.

what i am saying is ebay should not punish the seller for honest mistake.

It was not an honest mistake because you neglected to verify the authenticity of the item before listing it for sale on Ebay.

hi, yes i do buy from the sellers on ebay.

also, could you tell me why ebay removed my listing while the seller i bought the card from still selling the same card with the same title?

WOW, EBAY IS REALLY MOVING BACKWARD!!!!!!!!!!

ALLOWING CARDS TO BE SOLD AND STILL SELLING THEN REMOVING THEM FROM THE BUYER WHO IS TRYING TO SELL THEM TO MAKE FEW BUCKS.

NOW THE BUYER IS STOCK WITH THE CARDS AND THIS OR HER BUSINESS IS GOING BACKWARDS JUST LIKE EBAY . WE REALLY NEED A SOLUTION FOR THIS. WHO IS THE VICTIM HERE????
