I had an item go missing. It was a Remington scope. For weeks it just said that it was leaving the same distribution center in Western Pennsylvania and returning each night and leaving each day. I followed the procedures and opened inquiry and had the investigation close without contact. Then after waiting the appropriate amount of time from when the investigation was closed and I tried to file for my refund. This is when I learned that the inspector general had been in possession of my item for several weeks. I cannot figure out how to get in touch with them that is not an emergency line. What I've described here is a very shortened version of the time I've wasted trying to track this down.
Does anyone have a number that would prove beneficial?
