cant leave feedback for buyers

I dont see a link to leave feedback for buyers anymore.  I have looked everywhere I can think of.  Did something change?

You should be able to leave feedback for your recent transactions here:

Nope, they are not there.  The only ones that show are for items that the buyer hasnt posted feedback for.

Are those items still listed? Are those transactions less than sixty days old? Have they received feedback already?

You have left ~12 feedbacks for buyers in the past month. Nothing has changed.

Did you try to use the link at the bottom of your feedback page that says "Leave feedback"?

They are all closed, less than 60 days old, and I have not left feedback.  There is only links to leave feedback for auctions where the buyer has not yet left feedback.  I want to leave feedback for those who have left it for me and cannot do so.
