I returned an item weeks ago. Tracking shows it was received. Seller is making excuses. I started a return case. Seller now says they cant make a refund with a case open. Is this true? I cant find a number to talk with anyone at eBay an the automatte...

Cant complete listing

Hello all: I have made a listing and all goes normally until I "submit listing". Page then goes grey, spinning icon comes normally up but page never changes back from grey and says listing successful. A draft is saved however. Have tried 6 times over...

Shipping options different after sale

When I list an item there is an option for Parcel Select, but when the auction ends there is only Priority mail options. Any ideas what's going on? TIA
