I purchased the shipping label on eBay, but due to circumstances, and to keep the story short, I had to switch to priority mailing that day. Is there a way to get a refund for the shipping label I paid eBay for since I never used it?

Trying to edit Payment and Shipping Policies in my listing

I have never had to enter a payment policy or shipping policy in a listing. Everything has just automatically come up and I would enter in the information. Anyone else having this issue?

Authenticator address and another address but shipped together
