O don't really understand why she needs to.wait so long. But she is a repeat customer and I want her to keep.comong back. Nut i dont want trouble with ebay for a late shipment. What should i do?

You should let her know many customer change their addressed but they need to do that before they purchase because Sellers are subject to eBay's Seller Metrics and the lose their protection if they ship to a "messaged" address or ship later than their Handling time. Let the customer know you will be more than happy to cancel the transaction so they can update their address on eBay and purchase again without penalty to either party.
